Topping up your account balance

Add prepaid credit and have invoices settled automatically from your balance.

Prepaid credit lets invoices be paid automatically from your balance, which is handy for avoiding reminder emails.

Adding credit 1. Go to Billing → Funds. 2. Enter an amount and choose iDEAL, card, or SEPA. 3. After payment your balance updates immediately and each transaction is recorded in the ledger with the running balance.

When a new invoice is issued and you have sufficient credit, it's settled from your balance and marked paid. You can see every top-up, deduction and adjustment in the funds history.
