Creating and editing DNS records

Add A, AAAA, CNAME, MX and TXT records to your domain in the DNS editor.

The DNS editor lives on each domain's detail page. We host your zone on ns1.alsycon.net and ns2.alsycon.net.

Common records - **A / AAAA** — point a name at an IPv4 / IPv6 address. - **CNAME** — alias one name to another (cannot coexist with other records at the same name). - **MX** — route mail; lower priority numbers are preferred. - **TXT** — used for SPF, DKIM and domain verification.

After saving, allow time equal to the record's TTL for changes to propagate through resolver caches. Lower the TTL a day before a planned migration to speed up cut-over.
