Restoring from a managed backup

If you have the Managed Backup add-on, daily off-site snapshots are kept for 30 days.

Restoring 1. Open the service and click the Backups tab. 2. Pick a restore point by date. 3. Choose a full restore (overwrites the server) or file-level restore (download individual files).

Full restores are performed by our team to avoid accidental data loss — open a support ticket referencing the restore point and we'll schedule it, usually within a couple of hours.
